The Scout Group has launched a new Membership Management System (MMS). This system will greatly streamline our administrative work by keeping all member details secure and up-to-date.

The MMS is accessed by visiting mms.willingtonscouts.ie. Please review the instructions below for managing your child(ren)’s profile in the system.

To get started, you’ll need to log in and set up your password. Please follow the simple steps below to access your account.

  1. Go to the system: Visit mms.willingtonscouts.ie
  2. Reset your password: Click the Forgot Password button.
  3. Enter your email: In the login box, type in the email address where you received this email — as this is the primary email we have on file for you.
  4. Check your inbox: A password reset link will be sent to your email address from [email protected]. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Log in: Return to the website and log in using your email and the new password you just created.

Each parent/guardian on file has an account, which both have equal access to see all of the same information/changes.

Click the Details tab on menu bar to confirm that all your household and parent/guardian personal details are correct. If any changes are needed, click the Pencil Icon, update the information, and then click Save. This action will ensure the information is consistent across all forms.

Upon clicking on the Home tab on the menu bar, you will have a New Form(s) Assigned notifications. Click through to complete the form(s). A separate activity consent form is required for each child. For example, a family with three children will require the submission of three individual forms.

Additionally, a managing medications form can be created in the Forms tab by clicking on the New Managing Medications Form button — and should be completed if Scouters will be responsible for administering medication while scouting.

From the dashboard, you will see an event notification. Click on the event notification to complete.

An event attendance confirmation will be present for each child in the family — meaning confirmation is required per child. If children are across multiple programme sections the details may vary depending on the attendance by section.

Simply click accept to let us know your child(ren) will attend, or decline to inform us your child(ren) can’t make it.
