Last week saw the beginning of our Youth Programme meetings for 2015/2016 and we would like to take this opportunity to welcome your family back after the summer break. Indeed we would like to extend a warm welcome to some families, who are joining us for the first time. We hope both you and your child/ren will continue to enjoy, participate and support Scouting Ireland and the Group.
For the first time, we will be offering families the opportunity to register and pay their fees online. This will be in addition to the annual registration night which will be held on Tuesday 13th October from 7.00pm until 8.00pm.
|Online: Our registration site will be available from Monday 21st Sept – Sunday 11th October.
To register visit registration.willingtonsouts.ie and follow the instructions. This will not be open until 21st September but if you want to enter your email address before then, we will remind you as soon as it opens up.
|Credit Transfer: After you register online, we will send you an email with our bank details and a reference to be included on your SEPA transfer. For instructions on making an online payment, refer to your internet banking provider.
|At registration night: If you would prefer not to pay online, you can pop along to the registration night and pay by Cash or Cheque as usual. Cheques payable to ‘103rd Dublin Scouts’ only.
|Envelope: To facilitate those who do not wish to register online, registration envelopes will be distributed to all families who have not registered by Friday 2nd October, during the week beginning Monday 5th October. These will need to be returned on the registration night the folowing week.
|At registration night: If you register by envelope, you must come to the registration night and pay by Cash or Cheque as usual. Cheques payable to ‘103rd Dublin Scouts’ only.
Failure to the Register on or before the registration night will forfeit your child/ren’s membership of the Group and their place will be allocated to another child on the waiting list.

Parents & Friends AGM
The Registration Night will be followed by the Parents & Friends AGM at 8.00pm. An overview of the past year, as well as plans for the coming year will be announced. Financial reports and budgets will also be presented. Light refreshments will be available.
