Mock Shield

Dates: Friday 22nd – Sunday 24th March

Meeting Time & Point: Meeting at Larch Hill Car Park @ 7:30pm on Friday

Collection Time & Point: Collection at Larch Hill Car Park @ 2pm on Sunday

Price: €20 per scout (to be brought up next Thursday the 21st March)

Gear: Please bring all the usual gear for a 2 night camp including lots of warm clothes, torches, pen knife and your plates, bowl, knife, fork, spoon, cup etc

 

The objective of this weekend is to work as a team and learn some new skills, while improving on others & working towards the County Shield weekend in May.

If anyone wishes to take part in the Shield this May please do your best to attend the Mock Shield weekend as it will be a great insight into what the Shield will entail.

Any queries please speak to your Scout Leaders next Thursday.

We encourage all scouts to come along to the Shield Training which will give you the opportunity to take place in our County Shield. Shield Training will be managed by our SPL’s & PL’s. Times TBC through SPL’s & PL’s.
