A Parents Meeting will take place on Thursday the 17th January at 9pm to discuss Annual Camp.
Due to the cancellation of the Irish Jamboree we are opening our closing date for deposits again to ensure every scout has the chance to come on Annual Camp. All will be discussed during the meeting.
If you have paid a deposit and DO NOT wish to join us on Annual Camp there will be refunds available.
We would appreciate it if all parents/guardians would attend this meeting.
Fossets Christmas Circus are giving us FREE tickets for next Mondays show (the 17th).
We are meeting at Kilmainham Hospital at 6:45pm.
The Circus will end at 9:30pm and all children MUST be collected by parents.
Neckerchiefs must be worn and warm clothes too! Please DO NOT bring day bags with you as you will not need them.
Spending money is MAX 5 euro.

Christmas Sleepover Weekend
Date: 8th December
Venue: Scout Den / Dundrum Town Centre
Meeting Point: At the Scout Den @ 9:30-10am (LEAVING SCOUT DEN AT 10AM & NO LATER!!!) on Saturday the 8th December – please bring all sleepover gear with you to leave in the scout den.
Collection Time: Sunday 9th December @ Scout Den 12pm.
Price: €30
Activites: Ice Skating / Cinema / Day out / Sleepover – Activities running from Saturday morning to Sunday lunch time. Please advise leaders of any early collections, etc.

Hi All,
As you may already be aware from hearing on the radio or seeing it on the Internet, the Irish Jamboree 2013 is CANCELLED.
Don’t worry – you WILL receive all payment back & we WILL be looking into another camp to go on.
This may take us a few weeks as we have not looked at any other venues this year due to the fact that we were going on the Irish Jamboree.
We will do our best to come up with a solution and not to break the €450 budget. We will hold a parents meeting as soon as we have information on a new camp!!
